Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped by the transport service indicated on the sellers page with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via your own transport service that you will have communicated to the seller and delivered against signature. Please contact each seller before in case of multiple purchases in order to ensure and coordinate your deliveries. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, eacg seller will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
In case of a defective product and need to return it to the seller, please contact the seller to communicate and provide all useful information in a timely manner.
